Which conditions apply

All our quotations, order confirmations and agreements are governed by the general conditions of the Damen Shipyards Group, filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 23049923. They apply to every offer we make and every assignment we accept, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
