Not everything can or should be repaired on board

Our own workshop means components go straight onto a bench instead of into someone else’s queue. Parts removed during a service or overhaul are inspected, measured, reconditioned and tested in house. Reconditioning is often the faster and cheaper route than a new part, and for older engines it is sometimes the only route. Every component leaves the workshop with a report: what was found on arrival, what was machined or replaced, the measurements after work, and the test results.

Sending us a component

Tell us the engine type, the component and what you have observed. We confirm what the inspection will cost before any machining starts, so a scrap decision is never a surprise on the invoice.
